Return Process

    Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery or visit your local Leon's showroom with your original sales receipt to start the return process.

    Prepare the Item

    Ensure the furniture or appliance is in its original, unused condition and securely packaged in its original boxing to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

    Schedule a Pickup

    For large furniture items, our logistics team will coordinate a convenient time to collect the piece from your home; please note that a nominal restocking fee may apply.

  • 4.
    Receive Your Refund

    Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
